Foreign referee officiates Hanoi FC - Hanoi Police match

Two Malaysian referees will officiate the match between Hanoi FC and Hanoi Police in round 15 of V.League 2025-2026.

The highlight of round 15 of LPBank V.League 2025-2026 is the confrontation between Hanoi Club and Hanoi Police at Hang Day Stadium. The "Capital derby" becomes hotter as the championship race is taking place fiercely.

According to an announcement from VPF, the match will be officiated by two FIFA referees from Malaysia. These are both referees with rich international experience and have performed duties in V.League matches many times.

Referee Muhammad Nazmi Bin Nasaruddin, born in 1990, is one of the top "black-clad kings" of Malaysia today. He is the first foreign referee invited to officiate the National Super Cup match (August 2024).

Previously, in 2016, he conducted a match in the V.League for the first time, which was Hai Phong's 2-1 victory over Hanoi T&T (now Hanoi FC) at Lach Tray Stadium.

The second referee is Muhammah Izzul Fikri Bin Kamaruzaman, born in 1995, recognized as a FIFA referee since 2016. This is not a strange face as he has participated in the task of the match between Hanoi FC and Nam Dinh in round 21 of V.League 2024-2025; Quy Nhon Binh Dinh vs Hanoi FC in round 26 of the 2024-2025 season.

This is the 2nd time this season that referee Bin Kamaruzaman has performed his duties in the National Championship, before that the match between Hanoi Police and Ninh Binh in round 12 of V.League 2025-2026.

Currently, Hanoi Police is leading the rankings after 14 rounds with 35 points, far ahead of the candidates behind. Meanwhile, Hanoi FC is ranked 4th with 21 points.
