Previously, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) opened two online ticket sales for the second leg semi-final match of ASEAN Cup 2026 between Vietnam and Malaysia. Listed ticket prices have 4 denominations: 300,000 VND, 500,000 VND, 700,000 VND and 1 million VND, depending on the position in the stands.
After the Vietnamese team won 2-0 in Kuala Lumpur, the black market ticket market immediately increased "skyrocketing". On online ticket trading forums (scalpers), black market ticket prices were pushed up from double to 4 times the original price.
In stand A, 2nd floor area, VIP 1-2 doors are priced at 4 million VND/ticket, while 3-4 doors (invitation tickets) are advertised at 3.5 million VND/ticket. 5-6 door positions are priced at about 2 million VND/ticket (original price 1 million VND/ticket), while 7-8-9-10 doors are offered for sale at 1.5 million VND/ticket (original price 700,000 VND/ticket).
For the 5th floor, ticket prices for entrances 1-2 are advertised at around 1.6 million VND/ticket; entrances 3-4 are 1.5 million VND/ticket and entrances 5-6-7-8 are at 1.2 million VND/ticket.
In stand B area, the price is also significantly higher than the original ticket. Tickets for the 2nd floor of door 1-2 are advertised at 2.5 million VND/ticket (original price 1 million VND/ticket); door 3-4 is about 2.2 million VND/ticket (original price 1 million VND/ticket); door 5-6 is 2 million VND (original price 1 million VND).
Ticket positions 7-8-9-10 are priced at about 1.5 million VND/ticket (original price 700,000 VND/ticket). Meanwhile, 5th floor tickets range from 1.2-1.6 million VND (original price from 500,000 - 700,000 VND/ticket).
Tickets for stands C and D are offered at a price of about 600,000 VND/ticket (original price 300,000 VND/ticket).
Black market ticket prices are forecast to continue to increase in the days leading up to the match. Many ticket scalpers are also actively offering to buy back tickets from fans at high prices, then selling them at different prices.
The second leg semi-final between Vietnam and Malaysia will take place on August 19th at My Dinh Stadium.
