Mr. Tong Xuan Phong - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Petroleum Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation (PVFCCo - Phu My) said that the PVFCCo - Phu My Trade Union has issued a plan and guided the organization of Congresses at all levels towards the 6th General Corporation Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the 8th Petrovietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.
Accordingly, the Departmental Trade Unions will complete the Congress before October 25, 2025, the member Trade Unions will complete before October 31, 2025, and the Corporation Trade Union Congress is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2025.
Discussing this content, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - Chairwoman of Petrovietnam Trade Union suggested that PVFCCo - Phu My Trade Union should focus on preparing well for personnel work and Congress documents, closely following the Group's orientation, especially Resolutions 950, 951 on scientific - technological breakthroughs and developing high-quality human resources.
The Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union emphasized that innovation must become the key, the driving force for Petrovietnam in general and PVFCCo - Phu My in particular to develop sustainably in the new period.
