Accordingly, at the 5th expanded Executive Committee Conference, term 2023-2028 of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation (PV Power) Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice President of Petrovietnam Trade Union and leaders of PV Power Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in emulation movements; especially awarded certificates of merit to 14 officers and employees of Nam Non Hydropower Plant in overcoming difficulties, together with the factory overcoming storms and floods.
In the first 7 months of 2025, PV Power Trade Union has accompanied its professionals in implementing many comprehensive activities, both taking care of the lives and protecting the rights of workers, while promoting the emulation and innovation movement, contributing significantly to the production and business results of the Corporation.
Training and capacity building are focused on. The Trade Union organizes occupational safety and hygiene training courses for 145 officers at the units, training courses on the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Trade Unions, and trade union skills for 128 officers.
The innovation movement continues to spread strongly, with 59 products from member units posted on the Petrovietnam Trade Union's Innovation Portal, bringing a profit value of 12 billion VND. PV Power is one of 6 units awarded a Certificate of Merit by Petrovietnam Trade Union for outstanding units implementing the emulation program " petrol Innovation" in the first 6 months of 2025.
