Accordingly, in the first 7 months of 2026, PV GAS completed and exceeded many important production and business targets according to the management plan, creating a foundation to ensure jobs and income for 4,123 workers. No cases of work stoppage, job loss or labor cuts occurred due to difficulties in production and business activities.
Regimes and policies are implemented fully and promptly. Labor relations are maintained stably. 100% of workers have signed labor contracts according to regulations.
The work of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers continues to be ensured. In the first 7 months of the year, 388 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were cared for; completed dossiers to support 195 workers from the Oil and Gas Mutual Assistance Fund with a total amount of 1.177 billion VND.
The movements "Good Labor - Creative Labor" and the "Petrovietnam Innovation" Program continue to be implemented, encouraging union members to propose initiatives, technical improvements and rationalization of production.
The Trade Union coordinates with the Youth Union to launch movements to ensure safety, quality and progress at major maintenance and repair phases of key gas projects.
In addition, cultural, sports, women's work and care for teenagers and children are continuing to be implemented.
