According to the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union, the Trade Union of Vinatex Hong Linh Joint Stock Company has coordinated with professional departments to successfully organize the 2026 Employee Conference.
At the Conference, the Trade Union representing the collective of workers signed many important contents in the Collective Labor Agreement, focusing on practical regimes such as increasing 3-shift allowances; supporting housing and travel costs for workers far away; policies to attract textile and garment families to work together at the Company.
The contents negotiated, signed, and included in the above-mentioned Collective Labor Agreement contribute to ensuring rights, improving working conditions, improving the lives of workers, and at the same time creating motivation for workers to feel secure in sticking with and accompanying the development of the Company.
In particular, to celebrate Southern Liberation Day (April 30), International Labor Day (May 1) and respond to Workers' Month 2026, the Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the Trade Union Meal program for officials, union members, and employees, creating a warm and united atmosphere throughout the Company.
