The working delegation of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union (ĐLVN) led by Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the ĐLVN Trade Union visited and presented gifts to workers working at the scene at Cam Pha Power Company, Quang Ninh Power Company.
This is a meaningful activity of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union on visiting and encouraging workers and employees to participate in the emulation movement "Safe, stable, and efficient operation in power supply" in 2026.
At the scene, units are performing 5S work, maintaining the power grid in Cam Pha ward, Mr. Uong Quang Huy, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union and members of the delegation cordially inquired about health, working conditions and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the EVN Trade Union, Mr. Uong Quang Huy acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility and tireless efforts of officials and employees of Cam Pha Power Company. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of seriously implementing Joint Directive No. 86/CTLT-EVN-CDĐVN dated March 6, 2026 of EVN Group and EVN Trade Union on launching an emulation for safe, stable, and efficient power supply in 2026.
The most important goal of DLVN Group and DLVN Trade Unions at all levels is to always ensure absolute safety for workers. In the context of increasing electricity demand due to hot weather, the work pressure for electricians is very high. Therefore, in addition to focusing on completing professional tasks, unit leaders need to pay special attention to and fully implement labor protection measures, supplement nutritional regimes, drinking water and arrange reasonable shifts to regenerate labor capacity and protect the health of officials and employees right at the scene" - Mr. Uong Quang Huy added.
Within the framework of the visit, the working delegation presented meaningful gifts to groups and teams directly constructing and operating on the field.
On behalf of the collective of employees of Quang Ninh Power Company, Mr. Vu Huu Chuong - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union expressed his emotion at the timely concern and encouragement from the superior Trade Union. This is a great source of spiritual motivation, adding strength for the staff and employees at the unit to feel secure in their work, overcome all difficulties, and be determined to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
With the close attention of the Trade Union organization and the sense of responsibility of electricity industry workers, Quang Ninh Power Company will continue to overcome the challenges of this year's hot season, ensuring safe, continuous and stable power supply for the socio-economic development of the province.
