Along with commending union members and workers for their contributions to trade union activities during the above period, the Trade Union of Agribank Head Office also met and encouraged coaches and athletes participating in the Agribank Sports Festival in Hanoi area in 2026.
In 2025 and the first months of 2026, the Trade Union Headquarters will constantly innovate the content and methods of operation; closely follow political tasks, professional activities and the actual needs of union members and workers. Activities are implemented in the spirit of focusing on grassroots levels and taking the effectiveness of caring for workers as the focus.
From propaganda and political and ideological education activities; caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers to organizing emulation movements, cultural and sports activities, women's affairs, social security and building trade union organizations, all are implemented in a practical direction, closely following the needs of union members and workers.
Many programs have become close connection points between the Trade Union organization and union members and workers such as the Spring Market, Trade Union Meal, Gala Serving from the Heart, programs to care for families and children, social security activities, gratitude...
Along with that, emulation movements associated with digital transformation, innovation and building Agribank culture have received positive responses from union members and workers.
One of the activities attracting union members and workers is the Agribank Sports Festival in Hanoi area in 2026. Union members and workers of the Head Office participate in many events, including pickleball, volleyball and football. The serious preparation of the teams is not only aimed at competition achievements but also shows team spirit and sense of responsibility when representing the Agribank Head Office to participate in the common playground.
With the achieved results, the Trade Union of Agribank Head Office commended 33 union members and employees who made many positive contributions to Trade Union activities in 2025 and the first 6 months of 2026.
