The strongest wind near the center of the storm is strong at level 8 (62 - 74 km/h), gusting at level 10. The storm moves in the Northeast direction at a speed of about 5-10 km/h.

Forecast for the next 24 hours, the storm will move in a North-Northeast direction, at a speed of 5 km/h.

By 13:00 on September 3rd, the storm's center will be located at about 22.8 degrees North latitude - 117.2 degrees East longitude; over the northeastern sea area of the Northern East Sea. Wind intensity is strong at level 8, gusting at level 10.

The dangerous area is located about the north of the 21st parallel of the North latitude; from the 115.5th to 119th parallel of the East longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the northeastern sea area of the Northern East Sea.

Forecast for the next 48 hours, the storm will move in a westerly direction, at a speed of 10 km/h.

By 13:00 on September 4, the storm's center will be located at about 22.6 degrees North latitude - 115.1 degrees East longitude; over the coastal area in the Southeast of Guangdong province (China). Wind intensity is strong at level 8, gusting at level 10.

The dangerous area is located about 21 degrees North latitude north; from 114 to 118.5 degrees East longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the sea area north of the Northern East Sea area.

Forecast for the next 72 hours, the storm will move in a West-Southwest direction, at a speed of 5-10 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression.

By 13:00 on September 5, the center of the tropical depression will be located at about 22.1 degrees North latitude - 113.5 degrees East longitude; in the coastal area southeast of Guangdong province (China). Wind intensity is strong at level 6, gusting at level 8.

From 72 to 96 hours later, the tropical depression will continue to move in a West-Southwest direction, moving 5-10km per hour, gradually weakening into a low pressure area.

Regarding the impact of the storm, at sea, the northeastern sea area of the Northern East Sea has strong winds at level 6-7, gusts at level 8-9, sea waves 3-5m high; the area near the storm center passing through is strong at level 8, gusts at level 10, sea waves 4-6m high; strong rough seas.

Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and large waves.
