Mandarin, pomegranate and grapefruit salad

This tangerine, pomegranate and grapefruit salad offers a balance of sweet and sour flavors and crunch, making it a great appetizer or dinner snack.

To make this salad, housewives need to prepare 200gr of green-skinned grapefruit (separated into small segments); 100gr of tangerine (peeled, separated into segments); 50gr of fresh pomegranate seeds; a little fresh coriander and mint; lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Next, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Place the grapefruit, tangerine, and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl and drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture.

Mix gently to let the ingredients absorb the spices. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves for flavor before enjoying the salad above.
