Spinach and Apple Salad Recipe for Iron Deficiency
Ingredient:
- 125 grams spinach
- 125 grams of apples
- 4 walnuts
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 15ml dijon mustard
- 15ml honey
- 45ml apple cider vinegar
- 45ml olive oil
- 65ml feta cheese or goat cheese
- 5 grams ground pepper

Making:
