Spinach and Apple Salad Recipe for Iron Deficiency

Ingredient:

- 125 grams spinach

- 125 grams of apples

- 4 walnuts

- 1 small chopped onion

- 2 cloves minced garlic

- 15ml dijon mustard

- 15ml honey

- 45ml apple cider vinegar

- 45ml olive oil

- 65ml feta cheese or goat cheese

- 5 grams ground pepper

- Salt to taste

Making:

- Take a bowl and add washed spinach leaves.

- Cut the apple into cubes and put in a bowl.

- Add onions for extra flavor.

- Take another bowl and make the apple cider vinegar sauce.

- Add vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, minced garlic and mix well.

- Once the ingredients are combined, pour this mixture over the spinach and apples.

- Season with salt and pepper and mix well with salad tongs.

- You can sprinkle more cheese as you like.
