1. Remove the filter from the stove
First, make sure that the decoctioner is turned off and completely cooled to avoid embolization. To clean the filter, you need to remove it from the device. Refer to the instructions for use or search for information online to do it properly. Usually, just press on one filter end and remove in the opposite direction.
2. Cleaning and soaking the filter
After removing the filter, prepare a large container, pour hot water and soak the filter in it. Add vinegar and baking soda to the water to increase cleaning ability. You can also use a grease solution and a few drops of lemon juice to help remove stains. Let it steep for a few hours, then use a soft brush or a clean cloth. When the filter is clean, dry it in a bright place.
3. Sanitizer inside the stove
After the filter is clean, don't forget to clean the inside of the suction cleaner. You can use natural ingredients such as vinegar, baking soda and hot water to clean. Use sponge or comb to remove grease and dirt. Then, dry completely to avoid steam damage to the equipment.
4. Sanitizer outside the stove
The outside of the suction cleaner is more prone to dust and grease. To keep the surface clean, you should clean the machine after each cooking. In particular, with stainless steel surfaces, you should use fabric or soft spinach with oil soap to avoid scratching.
5. Reinstall the filter
When both the inside and outside of the suction clean and the filter is dry, simply reinstall the filter in the old position. Remember how you remove the filter to install in the correct location and complete the cleaning process.
