Japanese-style meat-fried potato cakes are a dish that many children love and are not difficult to make.

With basic ingredients, housewives can easily make Japanese-style filling potato cakes (also known as Korokke) in just a few minutes. This dish is very suitable to be eaten with rice or "fought-proof" for children at meals.

Ingredients to prepare include: 4 large potatoes, 1 onion, half a carrot, 3 mushrooms, 100gr minced beef, 4 eggs, 100g flour, breadcrumbs, fried dough, cooking oil and other basic spices.

First, grate the potato peels and soak in water for 15 minutes. Grated carrots, leg- fatty mushrooms, peeled onions and chopped ingredients.

Next, boil the potatoes until soft. At that time, take a pan, add a little oil and stir-fry the onions for about 2 minutes, then add the beef to the island with all hands. Add the carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry until everything is cooked thoroughly. After boiling the potatoes, remove the pan and pour the stir-fried ingredients into a large bowl, add an egg and mix the thickened mixture.
