How to make delicious Khachapuri noodle soup to change the taste on the weekend

Khachapuri noodle soup is very famous in Georgia with its crispy crust and melted cheese filling, which will help change the taste of the weekend meal.

To make this cake, housewives should prepare some ingredients including: For the cake flour, you will need 500gr of all-purpose flour; 250ml of warm water; 7gr of dry enzyme; 5gr of sugar; 5gr of salt; 30ml of olive oil.

As for the cheese filling, you will need about 200gr of Mozzarella cheese; 200gr of Feta cheese; 4 eggs; 50gr of butter...

Then, dissolve the enzyme and sugar in warm water and leave for about 10 minutes until the fertilizer foams. In a large bowl, mix the flour with a little salt before adding the enzyme and a little olive oil.

Steep the flour until smooth and put it in a large bowl, cover with a damp cloth and steep for about 1 hour until the flour thickens twice as much.

Next, crush the Feta cheese and mix well with the well-done Mozzarella cheese. Add 1 egg and mix well to create a glue bond for the filling. Once the dough has blown, continue to stuff gently to remove the gas.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, roll each part of the dough into an oval shape about 1cm thick. Put the cheese mixture in the middle of the cake and fold the dough in two long edges, roll gently and squeeze the two ends tightly to create a boat-like shape.

Place each cake on a baking tray with baking paper, cover with a towel and steep for another 15 - 20 minutes. Blend 1 egg and spread it on the surface of the cake to create a beautiful yellow color before baking.

Place the oven heating mode at 220°C, baking for 15 - 20 minutes until the cake crust is golden brown on all sides.

Take the banh mi out of the oven, make a small hole in the middle of the filling and beat an egg and add a small piece of butter on top. Bake for another 5 minutes until the egg whites are cooked but the yolks are still loose.

Khachapuri noodle soup should be eaten while it is still hot to ensure full enjoyment of its rich, delicious flavor.
