According to the book Delicious and nutritious dishes for women, mixed vermicelli is a delicious and easy-to-make dish when it only takes 10 minutes to prepare and is especially suitable for weight loss people.
Materials
Main ingredients: 50g vermicelli, 30g carrots, 30g bean sprouts, 5 plus celery.
Vinegar, soy sauce 1 large spoon each type; sugar, sesame oil 1 small spoon each type; salt 1/8 small spoon, minced garlic 5g.

Preparation method
Step 1:
Wash celery, shred; peel carrots, wash, julienne; remove bean sprouts, wash; sour vermicelli, soak in water until soft.
Step 2:
Blanch celery, carrots, bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute in turn.
Step 3:
Blanch the soaked vermicelli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Take 1 liter of cool water in the refrigerator, put the blanched ingredients in to soak for 5 minutes, take out to drain all the water, put in a large bowl.
Step 5:
Mix all the spices well to get a bowl of mixing water. Pour the bowl of mixing water into the bowl of ingredients, stir well.
Small tips
The ingredients must be dry before mixing.
Celery, carrots, and bean sprouts can be separated for blanching, celery cooks quickly, so the blanching time is shorter.
Soaking the blanched ingredients in cool water helps the vegetables become crispy and retain their fresh green color.
