The Happy Mother Class is also known as the Hanoi Disabled Children's Arts Club. The journey of the "Kindness Bus" in VTV's "Kindness Deeds" program brought double the "happiness" to the children on the occasion of the New Year 2025.
Class of "Happy Mother"
Located deep in a small alley in Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi; this small but laughter-filled house is also where mother Phuc and more than 30 special children live together every Sunday.
Ms. Phan Thi Phuc, formerly an actress at the Tuoi Tre Drama Theater. Once when she was teaching singing and dancing to children at Trung Tu Primary School, she discovered a group of disabled children who loved art but had no place to live. Worried about this situation, she decided to establish the Hanoi Disabled Children's Arts Club in 1995.

Initially, she faced many difficulties such as finding a location, calling for support and convincing parents to bring their children to participate. Teaching disabled children was also challenging because they lacked confidence and had difficulty communicating, but the excitement in their eyes and the joy of their parents motivated her.
Over 80 years old, she is still dedicated to helping children learn vocational skills such as electrical repair, knitting, and handicrafts. She has become a second mother to many children, bringing hope and changing the lives of disabled children.
Surprise Birthday Party for Kids
“Kindness Trip” secretly organized a surprise birthday party for the children whose birthdays were in January. The members of the class sent their best wishes, blew out the candles, cut the cake and had fun together in the warm atmosphere. When seeing the happy smiles on the children’s faces, Mrs. Phuc was extremely touched.
In addition to the surprise birthday party, the club members also participated in a meaningful activity – sending their dreams into the happy wish box. Each child wrote down their dreams on colorful pieces of paper, from simple things like having a good job, to big aspirations like becoming a singer or artist.

Double your happiness with a special gift
After nearly 30 years of use, the club’s only loudspeaker has become distorted and the sound is intermittent, sometimes working and sometimes not, making it difficult for the students to study. With all their love, “The Kind Car Journey” has bought the class a new portable loudspeaker, purchased equipment, and supported additional costs to renovate the classroom, ensuring that the students’ lessons are more lively and smooth.
Dedicating her entire youth to her children who are not related by blood is a testament to Phuc's mother's kindness and kind heart.
Kindness Trip - a program broadcast on VTV this year unexpectedly welcomed the appearance of a new version of the special companion: more modern, with more features and with "wings" to carry more gifts to children in difficult circumstances.
The first digital kindness bus of 2025 to Happy Mother's Class was broadcast on the Fanpage and Tiktok platforms of Kindness.
