Making delicious grilled ribs to taste on the weekend

Accordingly, housewives can refer to how to prepare rice with skinny ribs easily without taking too much time to treat family members on the weekend.

To make rice with scallops, housewives need to prepare 500gr of skinny ribs; 200gr of pork skin; 300gr of broken rice; 50gr of rice; minced garlic, green onions, 1 carrot, 1 white radish, cucumber, tomato and boiled vegetables (depending on preference).

For ribs- marbled spices, you will need 3 branches of lemongrass, 1 garlic, 3 purple onions, 3 tablespoons fish sauce; 2 tablespoons honey (which can be replaced with condensed milk); 1 tablespoon oil; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper...

The ingredients for making fish sauce will include 3 tablespoons delicious fish sauce; 3 tablespoons sugar; 200ml filtered water; 2 tablespoons lemon juice with minced garlic and chili.

After having all the above ingredients prepared, proceed with the preliminary processing and rib marination. For the pork ribs, you need to clean them first, use a hammer or lightly hit the meat to make the meat soft and thin, helping to absorb the spices better.

In a small bowl, add the finely chopped onions, garlic, lemongrass and mix well with the prepared spices to marinate the ribs.

Apply the sauce mixture evenly to all sides of the ribs, wrap and put in a refrigerator to marinate for about 3 - 4 hours or best overnight.

Next, prepare the skin, onion fat and sour foods, in which, the skin of the pig is boiled with a little ginger, taken out and soaked in a bowl of ice water to make the skin white and crispy. Dry the pig skin thoroughly and then thinly slice the fiber. Mix the skin with rice and a little minced garlic to enhance the aroma.

Chop the green onions, put them in a cup. Boil the cooking oil and pour it into the onion cup, add a little salt and stir well. Carrots, white radish are soaked with vinegar, sugar, water and a little salt for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.

A cup of fish sauce mixed with just enough spices will help bring a rich flavor to the dish of rice with skinless ribs, which is the soul of the dish. Accordingly, housewives can mix in the appropriate amount for each family: 1 little fish sauce, 1 little sugar, 4 portions of filtered water.

Boil the mixture gently until the spices are dissolved and let cool before adding the lemon juice (or vinegar), minced garlic and chili to retain the fresh flavor.

The final step is to heat each piece of rib on a charcoal stove or air fryer with a temperature of 180°C for about 20 - 25 minutes, flip the sides to ensure even golden ripening. Housewives can also sprinkle some ribs- marsh water to prevent the meat from drying out.

Cook rice with an electric rice pan and when cooked, enjoy the fragrant grilled ribs served with a plate of cool boiled vegetables, making the family's weekend meal more fun and nutritious.
