Housewives should change their daily menu with diverse, easy-to-process dishes. In particular, fried tofu with spicy oil will be an ideal choice for a busy daily meal.
To make this dish, housewives need to prepare 2 tofu lumps; 3 cloves of garlic; 1 little ginger; fresh chili; basil leaves; 2 tablespoons of essential oil; 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oil; 1 teaspoon of brown sugar; 1 tablespoon corn flour and some other basic spices.
Apricot beans are rounded and about 1.5cm thick, absorbed and dried with paper. Grated garlic, ginger and chili. Wash the basil leaves and drain.
Next, heat the oil in a pan and add each piece of bean to the yellow fries on both sides. Keeping the heat medium will help the outer shell to be crispy but not break inside. After frying, remove the beans and put them on a paper to absorb the oil.
Continue to defrost the garlic, ginger and chili in the pan before adding the oil, rock oil and brown sugar to the steamer. If you want the sauce to be more thick, you can mix cornstarch with water and stir well until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried beans to the pan with sauce, stir gently to help the beans absorb evenly. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce absorbs each piece of bean. Arrange the beans on a plate, pour the remaining sauce in the pan over, decorate with basil leaves and chillies for decoration.
The spicy and spicy joyful bean sprouts should be eaten hot and served with white rice.
