Faced with the market price situation with many fluctuations, in order to share with workers, the Executive Committee of the Binh Thuan - Nha Be Garment Company's grassroots Trade Union has implemented a policy to support living expenses for workers and employees throughout the company.
This is a non-state enterprise trade union with more than 2,100 union members, located in La Gi ward, Lam Dong province.
According to the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, the support level is divided according to working hours. Specifically, employees working before 2026 are supported 300,000 VND/person.
Workers who start working from the beginning of 2026 to mid-March 2026 will receive a support level of 200,000 VND/person.
For employees working from mid-March to the end of March 2026 and part-time workers, the support level is 100,000 VND/person.
This is a practical care activity, aimed at promptly sharing part of the difficulties in living expenses in the context of rising prices of many essential goods.
The division of support levels according to working hours is implemented on the basis of ensuring compliance with the actual situation and the funding capacity of the trade union.
Ms. Thai Kim Oanh - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Binh Thuan - Nha Be Garment Company - said that although the trade union's funding is still limited, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union still prioritizes activities to directly care for union members and workers.
Although the level of support is not large, it shows sharing and companionship with workers. Through this activity, the grassroots trade union wishes to contribute to encouraging morale, helping workers feel secure in their work, and strengthening solidarity.
Thereby, working with businesses to overcome difficulties, improve labor productivity and complete the production and business plan for 2026.
