On June 22, Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Tham - Chairwoman of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that the grassroots Trade Union of Phan Thiet Export Garment Joint Stock Company organized the "Trade Union Meal" program for more than 2,800 union members and workers.
The activity is organized on the occasion of celebrating the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
According to the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, the value of meals in the program was increased to 40,000 VND. In a joyful atmosphere, a large number of workers and laborers enjoyed meals with a richer menu than usual.
The program is organized right at 2 workplaces of the company, creating a close space, increasing the connection between businesses, trade unions and employees.
Leaders of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union directly had meals, talked and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
Trade Union Meals" not only carries the meaning of caring for material life but also creates sharing and connection in the working environment.
Through practical activities, workers have more opportunities to feel the companion role of the trade union organization in caring for life, spirit and building a cohesive and stable working environment.
