On June 17, Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that the grassroots Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd. organized a collective birthday program for union members who were born in June.
This is the grassroots trade union with the largest number of union members in Lam Dong province, operating in the field of shoe production in Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park.
According to the grassroots trade union, in June, 180 union members and workers celebrated their birthdays. To create a joyful and cohesive atmosphere, a birthday party was held right during workers' lunch.
On this occasion, the meal portion was increased by 30,000 VND/portion, raising the total value of each meal to 50,000 VND with a richer menu than usual. In addition to the special meal, the grassroots trade union also gave lucky money envelopes to celebrate birthdays for union members with a total budget of 27 million VND.
Business leaders and trade unions also prepared cakes, organized cake cutting ceremonies and sang happy birthday songs with workers. The atmosphere of the party was cozy, creating joy for union members after working hours at the factory. After that, company leaders and trade union representatives directly enjoyed meals and shared joy with workers.
Representatives of the grassroots Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd. said that the activity of organizing birthdays for union members is maintained regularly every month. At times, the number of workers celebrating birthdays is up to 280 people.
