As Chairman of the Trade Union of Nguyen Xuan Nguyen Primary and Secondary School (Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province), Mr. Le Tuan Anh always believes: " whatever is beneficial to students, staff, teachers and schools must be done with all our efforts to do".
Over the years, he and the school's collective have constantly innovated, effectively launched emulation movements, and cared for the material and spiritual life of cadres, teachers, and workers.
Under the rhythmic coordination between the Board of Directors and the Trade Union, the school has exceeded the targets and resolutions of the Party cell, especially the key task in teaching and learning. The school is always in the top of the district for the quality of key education. Particularly for the 2024-2025 school year, up to 160 students won prizes in the exams of excellent students at district and provincial levels - the highest number ever.
In his professional work, Mr. Le Tuan Anh - as the Vice Principal in charge - has implemented many measures to improve the quality of the team and educational efficiency. In the past school year, 100% of teachers were classified as having completed their tasks well or better, of which 20% were excellent.
Not only is he an inspiration, he is also an effective organizer and operator of union activities. With the motto "What is beneficial to union members must be done best", he always actively works with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to supervise, recommend, and promote publicity and transparency in all internal activities.
Many movements have been effectively implemented by him such as: "Each teacher is a moral, self-study and creative example"; "Good at school work, good at housework"; building cultural units and agencies "Bright, green, clean, beautiful" ... Thereby, many collectives and individuals have been recognized and rewarded by all levels and sectors.
In particular, he has many highly appreciated initiatives such as: solutions to manage teaching activities at the primary level according to the orientation of developing student capacity; measures to mobilize social resources to build schools that meet national standards level 2; model of organizing and training clubs in schools in the period of 2023 - 2025...
A shining example for the pedagogical community
The school union under his leadership is also a solid spiritual support: organizing annual tours and vacations; visiting union members in difficult circumstances; supporting children of teachers who are sick or ill; actively participating in humanitarian activities, charity, voluntary blood donation, supporting the poor, victims of Agent Orange, students in mountainous areas...
Passion, responsibility, creativity and always taking students and teachers as the center - those are the outstanding qualities of Mr. Le Tuan Anh. During decades of working in the education sector, he has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province and the Provincial Federation of Labor many times for his outstanding achievements in teaching and trade union activities.
He is not only a "fire" in the movements but also a spiritual support for dozens of teachers and staff in the school. As the emotional sharing of a union: "Where there is a difficult job, Mr. Anh is always the first person. Where there are people who need support, he is the one who comes to come soonest. For us, he is the leader, who inspires the profession."
With his silent but persistent contributions, Mr. Le Tuan Anh deserves to be a model of a union cadre in the new era - responsible, brave, creative and rich in compassion.
