Regional allowances; special allowances; attraction allowances; mobile allowances; toxic and dangerous allowances; work responsibility allowances; allowances for national defense and security services;
Seniority allowance; occupational responsibility allowance; preferential allowance according to occupation; special allowance applied to armed forces; long-term service allowance in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions;
Civil service allowances; allowances for party and political and social union work; allowances for internal political protection responsibility; allowances for concurrent positions at the commune level.
In addition, according to the guidance in Official Dispatch 03/CV-BCD (on the orientation of some tasks of arranging administrative units and organizing local governments at 2 levels; on the organization of the apparatus, cadres, civil servants and public employees when implementing the arrangement),:
Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers receiving salaries from the state budget when assigned to work in new administrative units will continue to receive salaries according to the rank, level, and current salary allowance regimes for a period of 6 months; then implement according to the new regulations of the Government.
