At An Giang Samho Co., Ltd., Binh Hoa Industrial Park, An Giang province, the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program in 2026 has just taken place. The program attracted nearly 2,000 union members and workers working at the company to participate.
The program is organized by the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors. This is an annual activity with profound humanistic meaning, showing the concern and care of the Trade Union organization and businesses for the material and spiritual life of workers (NLĐ) every Tet and Spring.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Vo Thanh Nha - Chairman of the Trade Union of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. emphasized that last year was a year with many difficulties and challenges, but with the spirit of solidarity and continuous efforts of the collective of officials, workers, and employees, the company has gradually overcome and achieved encouraging results. The program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" is not only an opportunity to look back on the past journey but also a deep gratitude sent to employees - those who have directly and indirectly contributed labor to the overall development of the enterprise.

According to Mr. Vo Thanh Nha, the Trade Union organization and the company's Board of Directors always understand and share the hardships of employees, wishing to bring a warmer and more complete Tet to them, especially those in difficult circumstances.
In addition to salaries and bonuses for the 13th month of the company, the total Tet care expenses for employees of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. are nearly 3.4 billion VND. An Giang Provincial Labor Federation has awarded 1,048 Tet gifts (each gift worth 1 million VND), equivalent to 10% of the company's Trade Union members.
Specifically in the Tet Sum vay program, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Nhat Tien symbolically presented 50 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND (in cash and Tet gifts).

In addition to care activities, the grassroots trade union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a lucky draw program with many valuable gifts, totaling 200 million VND. The program created a joyful and exciting atmosphere, bringing joy to employees after a year of working and contributing at the enterprise.
The highlight of the program is the activity of honoring and awarding Medals for 10 years of attachment to An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. to 14 employees. Each Medal is awarded with a gift worth 500,000 VND, showing the respect and recognition of businesses for their persistent contributions, sense of responsibility and long-term attachment.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Jeong In Cheol - Administrative - Human Resources Director of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. said that 2025 is a year full of difficulties and challenges for the market in general and the company in particular. However, with the spirit of solidarity, continuous efforts and the consensus of all employees, An Giang Samho has achieved many positive results, in which the rise to Top 1 in factories processing for brands in Vietnam is outstanding. He affirmed that behind those results is the silent contribution of employees, efforts to overcome difficulties and a high sense of responsibility in work. At the same time, he committed that the company's leadership will continue to accompany and take better care of the lives of employees in the coming time.
