Regarding wages, the average income of workers at affiliated unions is 12.2 million VND/person/month, down 1.3% compared to the end of 2023.
The average income of workers at local Construction unions is 6.98 million VND/person/month, an increase of 9.7% compared to the end of 2023.
Despite facing many difficulties in production and business, many units have prioritized cash flow to pay employees fully and on time. However, the block under the Vietnam Construction Union still has 41 businesses that owe salaries to 4,479 workers with an amount of nearly 227 billion VND (a decrease of 9 businesses, a decrease of 42 billion VND in salary debt compared to the end of 2023).
