News from the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on December 1 said: The grassroots trade union of the Safety Technical Inspection Center Region III (under the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union) successfully organized the 11th Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Trade Union of the Center for Technical Safety Inspection of Region III currently has 29 employees and workers, 100% of whom are union members, of which 6 are female union members, accounting for 20.7%.
In the period of 2023-2025, the Central Trade Union Executive Committee has done a good job of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. Every year, the Executive Committee coordinates with the Board of Directors to organize periodic and ad hoc dialogues with employees according to regulations; participate in developing and amending regulations on types of funds and internal spending regulations in the direction of benefiting union members.
At the same time, coordinate the organization of periodic health check-ups for staff and workers with an average annual budget of nearly 100 million VND and regularly visit and encourage union members in difficult times, when they are sick, give gifts every holiday...
Patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers are also regularly launched by the Central Union Executive Committee, focusing on the movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful", "Good at public work, good at home work", the Movement "Emulation in studying to improve educational qualifications, skills, meet the requirements of integration and development", the cultural and artistic movement... to improve the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, contributing to the completion of the Center's annual business plan.

At the same time, it is recommended that for the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of the Safety Technical Inspection Center of Region III continue to promote patriotic emulation movements; encourage union members and workers to promote a high sense of responsibility, dynamism, creativity, constantly study, cultivate moral qualities and lifestyle, participate in unit management, improve service quality, build the Center to develop more and more; care for, protect legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, and build a strong Trade Union organization.
On the same day, the Trade Union of Niwa Foundry Vietnam Co., Ltd. - a unit under the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union held a third conference to summarize the activities of the Trade Union in the 2023-2025 period, propose directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term and elect a new Executive Committee.
Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union Performs the management of 30 grassroots trade unions with 1,621 union members. Currently, grassroots trade unions all organize congresses and plenary conferences to review the implementation of the Resolution of the previous congress, set out directions, tasks and targets for the new term in accordance with the planned schedule of the Da Nang City Labor Federation.
