The K296 trade union theory and professional class has 45 students, who are trade union officials of the City Labor Federation.
During the study period, students studied 10 topics in online form, focusing on equipping and consolidating theoretical knowledge, professional skills, and capacity to organize trade union activities, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
At the end of the course, the students were granted certificates of completion of the training program. Among them, 15 students achieved excellent grades, 30 students achieved excellent grades. At the closing ceremony, 15 students with excellent academic achievements were commended and rewarded.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Standing Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation said that the Hai Phong City Labor Federation is managing nearly 34,000 trade union officials at 3,142 grassroots trade unions. Therefore, the work of training and fostering officials is always identified by the Standing Committee and the Standing Board of the City Labor Federation as a key and key task.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation also requested trainees after completing the course to flexibly and effectively apply the theoretical, professional knowledge and experience equipped into practical work at the grassroots level; proactively innovate the content and methods of operation, and improve the quality of trade union work.
