Recently, in Long Xuyen ward, An Giang province, Nam Viet Group (an enterprise operating in the field of pangasius farming, processing and export) organized the opening of spring 2026 gifts for 7,000 officials, employees, and laborers (NLĐ). The total implementation cost is about 7 billion VND from the Doan Toi Social Security Fund.
The Social Security Fund has awarded 7,000 gifts to employees with seniority. Specifically, employees with less than 1 year of seniority are supported with 800,000 VND; from 1 to less than 5 years is 1.1 million VND; from 5 to less than 15 years is 1.3 million VND; and from 15 years or more is 1.6 million VND.

Notably, the program was solemnly organized at the headquarters of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (NAVICO) to show gratitude to 101 employees with seniority from 20 to 25 years and was also awarded an additional support of 4 million VND/person. Expressing the Group's appreciation for the persistent and long-term contributions of the team of employees who have been attached for many years.

According to a representative of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company, the spring opening gift program is a practical activity to recognize and appreciate the attachment, efforts and contributions of employees throughout the process of building and developing the Group. The gift structure is built on seniority, ensuring fairness, and encouraging employees to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the business.
Doan Toi Social Security Fund was established with an initial capital of 104 billion VND, is the largest social security fund in the ecosystem of funds initiated by General Director Doan Toi. The activation of the Fund right in the first days of the new year is not only meaningful in caring for the lives of workers but also clearly shows the meaning of putting people at the center of sustainable development.

Leaders of the Group said that the Doan Toi Social Security Fund is committed to the long term to help employees feel secure at work, stabilize their lives and be steadfast in their attachment to the business. Previously, the Provincial Labor Federation had allocated and presented 241 Tet gifts to union members and workers, including 20 gifts from Party and State leaders; 71 gifts from the Provincial Labor Federation and 150 gifts from the Trade Union Tet Market program, with a total value of nearly 200 million VND. The grassroots trade union alone proactively presented 701 gifts, including 637 gifts worth 500,000 VND and 74 gifts worth 150,000 VND to promptly care for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
