On August 14, the Trade Union of Viet Geng Joint Stock Company and Xanh Medical Gloves Production Company Limited under the Thanh Cong Group Medical Supply Group organized the "Union Meal" program to thank 600 workers.
The program was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (HCMC) and leaders of Bau Bang commune, Mr. Luu The Thuan - Chairman of the Bau Bang Commune Labor Union. On the enterprise's side, there were Mr. Tran Van Hoang - Deputy General Director of Geng Viet Joint Stock Company, company officials, grassroots union officials and 600 workers.
According to Mr. Tran Van Hoang, the company and the grassroots union have supported funding to organize a "Union Meal" to thank the workers. The total value of each meal is 60,000 VND. The meals are not only nutritious but also contain the care and sharing of the trade union and company organization with the workers.
The meal took place in a warm and united atmosphere, creating opportunities for members of the company to exchange, share and connect with each other. Leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, company leaders and Bau Bang commune leaders all had a family meal with workers.
On this occasion, the grassroots union sent gifts to 10 workers in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 300,000 VND.

Notably, the unit promptly grasped the lives of workers and took care of workers in difficulty. In addition, organize sports playgrounds for workers. Thereby helping workers improve their health, contributing to more effective production.
