Recently, the Lang Son Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) has just held the 14th Executive Committee Conference, term XVII, 2023-2028.
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor conducted the process of electing additional positions of Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 17th term, 2023-2028 term.
As a result, Ms. Hoang Ngoc Thuy, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee (Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province), was elected to hold the position of Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Ms. Hoang Ngoc Thuy (born in 1981, Tay ethnic group) has a Master's degree in Economic Management, Senior in Political Theory. She is a cadre who has matured from the movement and trade union activities of Lang Son province, and has held many important positions.
Before being elected as Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Ms. Hoang Ngoc Thuy held the following positions: Deputy Head of the Policy Department, Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Policy Department; Chairman of the Dinh Lap District Federation of Labor; Head of the Propaganda - Women's Union; Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Professional Department; Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Department under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province.
Speaking at the conference, the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lang Son province emphasized that the improvement of the Provincial Federation of Labor's leadership team is of great significance, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities, meeting the requirements of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers in the new situation.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Lang Son Provincial Labor Federation has 3 comrades. Specifically, Ms. Be Thi Hoa holds the position of President of the Provincial Federation of Labor; the two Vice Presidents are Mr. Luong Chi Cong and Ms. Hoang Ngoc Thuy.
