In the first 6 months of 2025, the workers' movement and trade union activities were closely led by the Standing Committee of the Dak Nong Provincial Labor Federation and the District Party Committee with the coordination of the government.
Union activities have achieved many encouraging results, creating trust for union members and workers. At the same time, it encourages them to actively participate in production labor and emulation movements.
The Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation directs and guides grassroots unions to coordinate with heads of agencies and business owners to organize conferences, ensuring the contents of regulations.
In 2024, 100% of administrative and career units will organize conferences for civil servants and public employees. 70% of enterprises organize Workers' conferences.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, 1,390 gifts worth 420 million VND were presented to union members and workers, with the support of the General Confederation and the Provincial Labor Federation.
In the first 6 months of the year, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation presented 5 Trade Union Shelters to union members in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 270 million VND.
Coordinate with the Red Cross Society to mobilize 250 million VND to the "Tet for the Poor" fund.
Participated in visiting and giving gifts to 2 Border Guard stations, and supporting gifts for young men joining the army in 2025.
The work of developing union members and improving the quality of union activities has always been of concern.
Since the beginning of the year, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation has established a grassroots union mobilization committee, resulting in the establishment of a non-state enterprise union within 6 months and the development of 132 union members.
Organized training courses for 82 students, directed trade unions to participate in studying the Party resolutions and introduced 12 comrades to join the Party.
