According to Appendix I issued with Decree 128/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025), the list of areas at the commune level applying the regional minimum wage, including regulations on Hue City as follows:
- Region II, including Thuan An, Hoa Chau, My Thuong, Vy Da, Thuan Hoa, An Cuu, Thuy Xuan, Kim Long, Huong An, Phu Xuan, Duong No wards.
- Area IV, including communes A Grid 1, A Grid 2, A Grid 3, A Grid 4, A Grid 5.
- Area III, including the remaining communes and wards.
