Hung Yen Provincial Social Insurance (VSS) has just signed a Regulation on coordination in implementing policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) for the period 2025-2030 with the following units: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Women's Union, Provincial Farmers' Association.
The coordination regulations are developed to strengthen the role of socio-political organizations in propagating and mobilizing people to participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, contributing to expanding coverage, ensuring legitimate rights for workers and people.
Units agreed to focus on specific solutions such as promoting policy propaganda, strengthening supervision of law enforcement on social insurance, promptly detecting and recommending handling of violations, especially the situation of social insurance arrears in some enterprises.
Representatives of organizations agreed with the content of the Regulation and proposed many solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination in the coming time. In particular, the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized the need to completely handle the situation of prolonged social insurance debts, protect the rights of workers, while the Women's Union and the Provincial Farmers' Association will focus on communicating policies to members, especially workers in the informal sector and rural people.
The signing of the Coordination Regulation is an important step, creating a foundation for synchronous coordination between the provincial Social Insurance and socio-political organizations in implementing social security policies, contributing to the effective implementation of the goal of expanding the coverage of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for the period 2025-2030, ensuring sustainable social security in the area.
