The 276th training course on trade union theory and practice had the participation of 39 students, of which 30 students were full-time trade union officials and grassroots trade union officials of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation. This was the third training course on trade union theory and practice organized by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation in coordination with the Trade Union University.
Students study the program in person and online. The total duration is 400 periods, including 215 periods of theory and 185 periods of practice, discussion, and field trips. Through the course, students are equipped with knowledge, skills, and practical working capacity, meeting the requirements and tasks of trade union work in the new situation.
At the end of the course, 100% of the students received certificates of completion of the training program, including 12 students with excellent results, 22 students with good results and 5 students with good results. At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 students who are officials of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation with excellent achievements in the course.
