On behalf of typical delegates, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy - Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation - reported to Uncle Ho: Many grassroots trade unions have made studying and following Uncle Ho into a regular, disciplined job; patriotic emulation movements such as: "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring labor safety", or "Good workers in the capital" are all implemented in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 05, creating positive motivation among the team of cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers.
Directive 05-CT/TW is implemented in the context that the Capital Trade Union at all levels is focusing on implementing many key tasks: Representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of workers; building a strong Trade Union organization; innovating activities in response to the requirements of the new situation. Therefore, studying and following Uncle Ho is not only a political task, but also a personal need, a driving force for innovation and improving the effectiveness of Trade Union activities.
With that spirit, over the past 10 years, the Capital Trade Union at all levels has seriously and creatively implemented Directive No. 05-CT/TW in many practical and effective ways, in accordance with the characteristics of each agency, unit, and enterprise associated with the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
The delegates were very moved when visiting the relic site and were introduced to the meaningful relics during Uncle Ho's revolutionary activities.
Thereby, each person feels the need to constantly strive in studying and following Uncle Ho to better fulfill assigned tasks as well as clearly see their responsibility to the movement, to spread how more and more colleagues study and follow Uncle Ho's example.
