Proactively meeting convincingly to create consensus so that employers are aware of the benefits of enterprises when there are trade unions.
Focus on developing union members

In Di An City, 26 new grassroots unions were established in the past year, admitting 7,470 new union members. The city currently has 427 grassroots unions with 51,602 union members.
According to Mr. Pham The Hien - Chairman of the Di An City Labor Federation, this year, the unit will continue to promote the development of union members, establish and improve the quality and efficiency of grassroots trade union activities. Focus resources on reviewing and developing plans to develop union members and establish grassroots unions in agencies, organizations and enterprises that do not have trade unions. In particular, special attention should be paid to medium-sized enterprises that have been in operation for many years but have not yet established grassroots trade unions.
In Tan Uyen city, there are many concentrated areas of workers. In 2024, the City Labor Federation established 37 new grassroots unions, reaching 106% of the assigned target.
