Companies in Dong Nai need to recruit more than 3,500 workers at job exchanges

HÀ ANH CHIẾN |

Dong Nai - Enterprises are recruiting more than 3,500 workers, mainly unskilled workers.

On October 11, the Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province) announced that it had just organized the 13th free job fair in 2025 to promptly support quick jobs for unemployed workers, meeting human resources for businesses in the province.

According to records, this time on the job exchange, 16 companies registered to participate in recruitment and training, with a total recruitment demand of 3,583 workers. Of which, the demand for unskilled labor recruitment is 3,339 people, accounting for more than 93%.

Enterprises are in need of recruiting a large number of workers in the fields of production and business such as: garment, footwear, electronics, necessities production, communication equipment production, financial services, transportation, services, etc.

In particular, enterprises that need to recruit a large number of unskilled workers in the area mainly in the fields of textiles, footwear, electronics such as: Topband Smart Dong Nai Co., Ltd. (Vietnam); Dong Tien Joint Stock Company; Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Vinh Cuu Machinery House; Quoc Hoan Co., Ltd. - T Austgrow Vietnam Co., Ltd. ...

Enterprises also offer good welfare policies to attract workers such as shuttle buses, attractive salaries, etc.

As a result, at the fair, there were about 440 workers who wanted to find jobs and learn about job information, including workers who directly participated at the fair and accessed it through online platforms, and it is expected that 180 workers will be recruited this time.

According to the assessment, although the demand for labor selection at the job exchange is mostly unskilled laborers, it has not met the recruitment criteria of businesses, especially the age and small number of participants. In addition, in the last months of the year, affecting the psychological trend of workers wanting to maintain their jobs until the end of the year, the number of workers looking for jobs has decreased.

The current common reality is the lack of connection and "common points" between the capacity, experience, and desires of workers and the recruitment and welfare requirements of enterprises. The situation of workers still unemployed while there are many vacant positions due to not being suitable in age, skills or desired work locations, leading to ineffective consulting and connection work between workers and businesses.

In the coming time, the Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province) will continue to increase direct and online propaganda for workers and businesses, encourage businesses and employees (especially workers receiving unemployment benefits) to participate in finding jobs at the next job exchanges in 2025; Continue to apply information technology in the organization of job exchanges.

For businesses and employees who cannot participate in direct interviews at the fair, the Organizing Committee will support consultation, provide recruitment information, and help employees contact the business to submit documents. Strengthen job consultation and introduction for unemployment beneficiaries at the Center and representative offices, creating all conditions for unemployment beneficiaries to soon return to the labor market.
