Just counting a few months before and after Tet, I have an income of several tens of millions of VND, equal to 2 months of salary,” Phu said.
According to Phu, the biggest competition in the field of work he is in charge of is to work meticulously, with prestige and to absolutely ensure the time required by the customer. "If I miss an appointment by 1 day, I can immediately lose that customer," Phu affirmed.
Trinh Thi Nga is a saleswoman for a large supermarket in Ha Dong district (Hanoi). Since around October, Nga has posted on her personal page and groups such as apartment buildings, old class groups... to collect cheap combos of goods where she works. I take care of it 3 nights a week, with 3 people in each shift. Every week the company pays 900,000 VND/person; in the 2 months before Tet, I earn more than 7 million VND to take care of Tet for my wife and children,” said Mr. Quy.
According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center, from the third quarter of 2024, the shift of labor into the service and sales industries in the capital has been clearly seen.
“In the third quarter of 2024, in Hanoi, the demand for recruiting service and sales staff accounted for a high proportion (26.72%), showing the development of the trade and service industries.
