According to Section 2, Part II of the Appendix issued with Decision 863/QD-BNV in 2025 announcing new and abolished administrative procedures in the field of social insurance under the State management scope of the Ministry of Home Affairs from July 1, 2025, the procedure for adjusting the latest information on registration and declaration of participation in social insurance is implemented as follows:
(1) Implementation procedures:
- Step 1:
When the information on registration to declare social insurance participation changes, the registered declarant must submit the adjusted declaration according to regulations with a copy of the documents related to the adjustment of information to the social insurance agency.
- Step 2:
Within 5 working days from the date of receiving the complete declaration and documents as prescribed, the social insurance agency is responsible for adjusting the information of the social insurance participant;
In case no adjustment is made, a written response must be given stating the reason.
(2) How to do it: Directly, online or via postal service.
(3) Components and quantity of documents
- Declaration of adjustment of information on social insurance participation.
- Copies of documents related to adjustment of information on social insurance participation.
