With the highest goal of ensuring the rights of people and businesses, the social security agencies of provinces and cities have proactively developed plans to respond to and prevent the storm, ensuring the safety of people, records and assets of social security agencies at all levels.
Emphasizing the spirit of "in all cases, the rights of people, workers and businesses must be guaranteed", General Director Nguyen The Manh requested that the Social Insurance of localities in the storm-affected areas proactively and actively coordinate with local Party committees and authorities, especially medical examination and treatment facilities, the health sector... to best ensure the rights of participants according to regulations.
Local social insurance agencies send staff directly to medical examination and treatment facilities to immediately resolve situations arising in cases where patients with health insurance cards go for medical examination and treatment; proactively and flexibly implement administrative procedure reform solutions to provide maximum support to people who unfortunately lose or damage their social insurance books or health insurance cards due to storms; ensure adequate medicine and medical supplies for treatment; support administrative procedures in transferring medical examination and treatment (create maximum favorable conditions for patients with health insurance cards to promptly transfer to health insurance treatment facilities when medical examination and treatment facilities are isolated due to storms and floods...).
