According to the Plan for organizing activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 presented by Vice Chairman Phan Van Anh, this year's Tet will be carried out with the motto "Solidarity and unanimity so that all union members and workers can have Tet".
Tet 2025 activities include 10 activities similar to Tet 2024. In which, the program " Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Doan Ket" is organized at the grassroots level and above. The organization of the program is clearly decentralized into 4 levels.
Organize activities to visit, give gifts, and wish union members and workers a happy new year on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025. In particular, the General Confederation advises, organizes, and participates in working delegations of leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the General Confederation, central departments, ministries, branches, National Assembly delegations and local leaders to visit, give gifts, and wish union members and workers a happy new year. Provincial-level trade unions and branches directly above the grassroots level, according to the management hierarchy, organize visits and give gifts to union members and workers who are still in difficulty and have low incomes; advise the Party Committee, government, and professional level at the same level to visit, wish union members and workers a happy new year, and give gifts to union members and workers in the locality and of the unit. Grassroots trade unions proactively organize or propose and coordinate with employers to give gifts to union members and workers of enterprises and units.
The General Confederation of Labor directed a number of provincial and municipal Labor Federations to organize the program "Union Train - Spring 2025" to support about 2,000 train tickets at VND 1,500,000/person.
Organize the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" program in direct and online forms. In which, the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" program in direct form is organized at 4 levels; the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" program in online form is organized by the General Confederation. Organize free transportation or support for train, car, plane tickets, vehicles for union members and workers to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet and return to their workplaces. Organize activities to celebrate Spring, celebrate Tet, visit and encourage union members and workers who are unable to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet.
Strengthen dialogue and negotiation activities with employers on production plans, salary payment , Tet bonus payment; take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and employees during Tet. Implement measures to detect and prevent labor disputes and collective work stoppages arising during Tet and participate in timely and effective handling, contributing to ensuring security and order in localities and enterprises...
