Towards the goal of better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers every Tet holiday, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor implements the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program nationwide.
Vinh Loi Commune Trade Union (Ca Mau province) has 276 union members and 4 trade union officials supported to participate in the program, with a level of 500,000 VND/person through electronic shopping vouchers (e-vouchers). This support source helps union members proactively choose essential items to serve their families during Tet.
Immediately after the Trade Union Tet Market opened an online shopping portal, a large number of Vinh Loi Commune Trade Union members actively registered and selected products suitable for their needs. Ms. Vo Thi Kim Cuc - a union member of Pinetree Co., Ltd. (Vinh Loi commune) - said that her income is still limited, while year-end living expenses are increasing. “When the Trade Union announced a support of 500,000 VND to buy Tet goods through the Trade Union Tet Market, I was very happy. Not only material value, but also the concern and companionship of the Trade Union organization for workers,” Ms. Cuc shared.
Sharing the same joy, Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Gam - a grassroots Trade Union member of Bac Lieu Regional Health Center, directly under Vinh Loi Commune Trade Union - assessed that the e-voucher form brings many advantages. “I can proactively choose the necessary items for my family. Trade Union officials guide me wholeheartedly, so the purchase operation is quite easy,” Ms. Gam said.

Ms. Luong Thi Thuy My - Vice Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Pinetree Co., Ltd. - said that the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program was positively received by workers and laborers. During the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation was allocated 3,070 union members and workers were supported with shopping vouchers through the program. The implementation in online form contributes to ensuring publicity, transparency, and convenience for union members in many areas.
