The regional minimum wage for 2026 in communes and wards of Ca Mau province is based on Decree 293/2025/ND-CP.

According to Article 3 of Decree 293/2025/ND-CP, the regional minimum wage for 2026 per month and per hour is as follows:

According to the Appendix issued together with Decree 293/2025/ND-CP stipulating the regional minimum wage 2026 of 34 provinces and cities according to the list of areas of region I, region II, region III, region IV, the regional minimum wage per month of communes and wards of Ca Mau province is as follows:

- Region II includes An Xuyen, Ly Van Lam, Tan Thanh, Hoa Thanh, Bac Lieu, Vinh Trach, Hiep Thanh wards (regional minimum wage of 4,730,000 VND/month).

- Region III includes Gia Rai, Lang Tron wards and U Minh, Nguyen Phich, Khanh Lam, Khanh An, Khanh Binh, Da Bac, Khanh Hung, Song Doc, Tran Van Thoi, Dat Moi, Nam Can, Tam Giang, Luong The Tran, Hung My, Cai Nuoc, Tan Hung, Phu My, Phong Thanh, Hoa Binh, Vinh My, Vinh Hau communes (minimum regional salary of 4,140,000 VND/month).

- Region IV includes the remaining communes and wards (regional minimum wage of 3,700,000 VND/month).
