Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc and the working delegation visited and presented 738 Tet gifts to workers and laborers working at: Hung Yen Environment and Urban Works Joint Stock Company (Pho Hien ward); Hung Long Garment and Service Joint Stock Company (Duong Hao ward); Yazaki Hai Phong Co., Ltd. - Thai Binh Branch (Thai Binh ward); Thai Binh Environment and Urban Works Joint Stock Company (Tran Hung Dao ward).
At the visiting units, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee cordially inquired about the production and business situation of enterprises; life, jobs, income and working conditions of workers and laborers.

He acknowledged and praised the efforts of businesses in maintaining stable production, taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers, especially in the context of many difficulties.
Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc requested businesses to continue to pay attention to fully implementing regimes and policies for workers, especially during the Lunar New Year; ensure jobs, income, and labor safety; create a stable and long-term working environment.
At the same time, he wished workers and laborers to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and enthusiastic labor and production, contributing to the overall development of the enterprise and the province.

Regarding Hung Yen Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company and Thai Binh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc emphasized that these are units that play a particularly important role in ensuring environmental sanitation and urban aesthetics, especially during and after the Lunar New Year.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested businesses to develop reasonable production organization plans, arrange sufficient manpower and mechanical vehicles; strengthen collection, transportation, and treatment of waste, ensuring a bright - green - clean - beautiful urban environment, serving well the living needs of the people.
He also requested businesses and local authorities to pay more attention to working conditions, labor safety, regimes, and policies for workers directly performing tasks during Tet; promptly encourage and motivate workers to feel secure in their work and successfully complete assigned tasks.
