100% of the income of employees at Hanel PT is covered by social insurance
At the program, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Anh Tuan and the working delegation directly visited the factory, listened to introductions about the Sasaki brand development process and deep processing technology solutions for agricultural products, food, and seafood researched and developed by Hanel PT New Generation Technology Joint Stock Company (Hanel PT Company).
Including outstanding technologies such as deep freezing to preserve cell structure, smart cooling, sublimation and many processing solutions to increase value, contributing to improving the quality and value of Vietnamese agricultural products and promoting export activities.

Reporting to the Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang - General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanel PT said that in the period 2025 - 2026, Hanel PT's revenue target is to grow by 150%; the following year will continue to grow by 200% and by 2029 it will grow by 300%.
Ms. Trang said that 26 years ago, she was a new graduate in foreign trade, not related to the field of technology. However, at that time, the country was calling for industrialization and modernization. Therefore, when participating in building Hanel PT, she always wanted to choose the latest and most modern technologies for development.
One of the fields that Hanel PT is currently operating in is the production of sensors (sensors) and circuit boards, providing millions of products to large technology corporations around the world.
From that experience, Hanel PT realizes that if its sensors and circuit boards are only inside equipment of foreign corporations, or inside cars circulating on the road, it is still not enough. Hanel PT wants to do something so that the Vietnamese brand is attached to products exported globally.
After many years of persistent pursuit, at the beginning of this year, Hanel PT participated in one of the largest exhibitions in Japan for the first time, officially launching its technology. This technology has received positive reception immediately after its introduction. Within a week after the exhibition, a Japanese corporation came to Vietnam to sign a contract with Hanel PT.
In addition, three other corporations also came to work with Hanel PT after this event. Tomorrow (June 8), the company will continue to welcome a Japanese enterprise. This is not a very large enterprise, but a very famous enterprise in Japan because it is always pioneering in applying the latest technologies to production and processing activities.

According to Hanel PT's leaders, the company's goal is not simply sales or profit. More importantly, it is to bring Vietnamese technology and intelligence to the world. Hanel PT hopes that this journey will continue to be inherited by future generations, spreading the spirit of innovation of Vietnamese people.
Vietnamese people may lag behind in technology, but we must know how to apply the latest technologies. As VGCL President Nguyen Anh Tuan shared, bringing artificial intelligence (AI) into Sasaki dryers is a very important direction," Ms. Trang said.
Besides the goal of building a modern technology enterprise, Hanel PT also aims to become a happy organization. According to Ms. Trang, 100% of the income of employees at Hanel PT is socially insured.
This is what we always want to do. Nearly 15 years ago, Hanel PT applied a policy for all workers to take 2 Saturdays and 4 Sundays off each month, but still receive full salary," Ms. Trang shared.
At that time, many people asked why even the office block in many places still worked on Saturdays, Hanel PT decided to let workers take two more paid Saturdays off. However, the company's leadership always determined that if it did not take good care of the lives of employees, the business would not be able to develop sustainably.
If we know how to take care of the lives of workers, we can do many things. Conversely, if we cannot do that, there will be no foundation for development. Therefore, policies such as paying social insurance on all income or creating conditions for workers to rest are right decisions," Ms. Trang emphasized.
Research to create spaces to promote initiatives
Working at Hanel PT New Generation Technology Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Anh Tuan said that Hanel PT has found a direction, found a market and continues to make improvements in the production process, in the features and functions of products, meeting the requirements of different customer groups according to orders.
The main manufacturing sector related to electronics and circuit boards continues to be maintained and achieves a fairly impressive growth rate. In the first 6 months of the year, the enterprise grew by more than 150%. The President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour expressed his pleasure at this.




He is also happy that the company has built a culture for workers; always caring about the material, spiritual, income and housing for workers.
When giving gifts, I asked quickly and most of the brothers and sisters already have houses. The hometown may be in many different places but they already have houses around this area," Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Anh Tuan shared, and also said that the benefits that the company brings to employees are more than the provisions of law.
For example, 100% of income is covered by social insurance. This concept is very different. If only salary is covered by social insurance, then the pension level will be lower later. But here, 100% of income is covered by social insurance, so when retiring, employees will receive a higher salary. To achieve this, the company must spend an additional cost equivalent to about 20% to pay for employees.
In addition, workers are entitled to 2 Saturdays off per month and also have many other welfare benefits.
From the perspective of representing the Trade Union organization - a place that cares for and protects the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers - we highly welcome this," Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan said.

The President of the VGCL also proposed that in the upcoming collective labor agreement, we can study to create spaces to promote initiatives, desire to improve working conditions, and improve the production process of workers.
Technology and new secrets put into production are very important, but small initiatives in daily production labor of workers and laborers also bring great value to the company.
I hope the company can build an initiative mailbox, praising initiatives, even small ones, weekly, monthly to encourage employees to bring the company's labor productivity higher.
When productivity is improved, we will have better competitive conditions and bring better income to workers," affirmed the President of the VGCL.
