Trade unions "get closer" to workers
Before, I saw the Trade Union very far away, because it mainly organizes holidays and gifts. But in recent years, all information has been quickly updated on the phone, and programs are also more diverse and closer, so workers are very excited to participate.

That is the sharing of Mr. Tran Van Phuc, a worker at a manufacturing enterprise in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Da Nang, after participating in many activities organized by the Da Nang City Trade Union, most recently Workers' Month 2026.
According to a report by the Da Nang City Labor Federation, in Workers' Month 2026 alone, communication work was deployed synchronously on many digital platforms.
The City Trade Union Electronic Information Portal posted nearly 400 news and articles; fan pages of Trade Union levels have nearly 1,000 articles, videos, and infographics about Workers' Month activities. The entire system recorded 1,228 posts on social networks, attracting more than 3.3 million accesses and over 50,000 interactions.
Not only transmitting information, digital platforms also become a channel to connect and spread the image of workers and trade union activities.
Many online contests such as "Beauty of Labor", "Beauty of Union Members in Production Labor", TikTok contest "There is Trade Union - There is Sharing" have created great attraction, contributing to bringing the image of workers closer to the community with true and vivid stories.
Innovation to meet requirements in the new context
In addition to digital transformation, Da Nang City Trade Union levels also implement many new models stemming from the actual needs of union members and workers.

Many models were built for the first time such as "Trade Union Arms - A Shelter of Love", "Labor Safety Culture at the Workplace", "Quick Response Team" in labor relations, "Wings for Dreams - For the Future of Union Members' Children", "Doctors Accompanying Union Members", "Trade Union Cows - Accompanying and Sharing", "Trade Union Welfare - Laborer Smiles"... have contributed to expanding the scope of care, not only material but also spiritual, health and working environment.
Many businesses also coordinate with the Trade Union to organize programs "Green in Action 2026", "Raising the heat of summer - Supporting workers", Trade Union meals, cultural and sports activities, teambuilding... Thereby creating a friendly, cohesive working environment and improving the spiritual life of workers.
According to Mr. Le Van Dai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, digital transformation is not simply applying technology in communication but comprehensively innovating the operating methods of the Trade Union organization.
We determine that all activities must take union members and workers as the center. Digital transformation helps the Trade Union connect faster with union members, grasp their thoughts and aspirations more promptly, and at the same time improve the effectiveness of propaganda, care and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers," said Mr. Le Van Dai.
He also said that building creative models at the grassroots level is a way for each commune, ward, and grassroots trade union to proactively find solutions suitable to the actual conditions of their unit, avoiding stereotypical and formal ways of doing things.
