News from the Trade Union of Foster Electronics Company Limited (Da Nang) on October 26 said: The Trade Union of Foster Electronics Company Limited has just held its 5th Congress, term 2025-2030.
This is one of four units selected by the Da Nang City Labor Federation to draw practical lessons to give general guidance to the remaining units in industrial parks in the city.
During the past term, the Trade Union of Foster Electronics Company Limited has promoted its role as a representative, caregiver and protection of the rights of 754 workers, of which 88% are female workers. 100% of union members participate in all types of insurance; safe, modern and friendly working environment.
In particular, the Trade Union has signed a Type A Collective Labor Agreement, many of which are beneficial to employees; more than 300 visits per year, a VND127 million Support Fund, tourism organizations, "Tet Sum Vay" and "Worker's Month" programs, and rewarded children of excellent workers.
In the "Good workers, creative workers" movement alone, the company's workers have had 31 innovation ideas, of which 14 initiatives were applied, bringing billions of VND in value each year.
