Article 27 of the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front stipulates the Front Working Committee as follows:
1. The Front Working Committee was established in villages, hamlets, hamlets, hamlets, hamlets, hamlets, residential groups, neighborhoods, blocks of towns ... (collectively referred to as residential areas) with a term of two and a half years.
2. The structure of the Front Working Committee includes:
a) Some members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level residing in residential areas;
b) Representative of the Party cell;
c) Head of the Association of the Elderly, the Association of Veterans, the Association of Farmers, the Association of Women, the Youth Union, the Red Cross Society ...;
d) Some outstanding people in all classes of people, ethnic groups, religions, etc.
3. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level issued a decision to establish a Front Working Committee, including the positions of Head, Deputy Head and members.
4. When there is a change in the Head and Deputy Head of the Committee or a change or addition to the members of the Front Work Committee, the Front Work Committee shall conduct consultations to appoint additional and replace them and report to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level to issue a decision on recognition.
The Front Working Committee meets regularly once a month, and holds meetings occasionally when necessary. The Head of the Front Work Committee summoned and chaired the meeting.
