On April 10, a working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation led by Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - visited, encouraged and provided support to the relatives of union member Luc Van Thuan - a worker of VINA CNS Co., Ltd.
Previously, union member Luc Van Thuan (born in 1995) - worker of the Diecasting department, VINA CNS Co., Ltd. (Que Vo II Industrial Park) - died due to a work accident.
The union member's family is in particularly difficult circumstances, is the main breadwinner in the family, is raising elderly parents and young children, and his life depends entirely on his income.
Sharing the loss of the family, the working delegation directly visited, encouraged, and at the same time provided support sources to help the family overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives soon.
On this occasion, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, representing the Provincial Labor Federation, presented 5 million VND in support to the family.
The Golden Heart Charity Fund supported 10 million VND; the company's grassroots trade union supported 5 million VND; union members and employees in the company donated 46.7 million VND; the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation supported 2 million VND.
At the visit, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung expressed his deep regret at the passing of union member Luc Van Thuan; and at the same time requested the grassroots trade union to continue to pay attention, monitor, and promptly support the family in the coming time. He also emphasized the role of the trade union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, especially in cases of risks and labor accidents.

It is known that VINA CNS Co., Ltd. currently has about 800 workers, including 500 trade union members; the average salary reaches about 12 million VND/person/month, meal allowance is 30,000 VND/person/meal. In the past time, the enterprise and the grassroots Trade Union have actively coordinated to take care of the material and spiritual life of workers.
The activities of visiting and timely support from trade union organizations and businesses contribute to helping union member families overcome immediate difficulties, while clearly showing the role, responsibility and profound humanity of the Trade Union organization in accompanying workers.
