This program is within the framework of the implementation of the "Building a Safe Working Environment" model launched by the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City in coordination. Da Nang Plastic Co., Ltd. was selected to deploy the model model.
The program has the direct teaching participation of professional reporters. The content focuses on practical knowledge and skills, associated with the requirement to ensure safety in the working process.
Workers are disseminated policies and laws on OSH. At the same time, the program guides how to identify and assess risks and hazards in the workplace and use personal protective equipment.
Contents on fire prevention, fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH) are also emphasized. Workers are equipped with knowledge of first aid for labor accidents and procedures for handling emergency situations.
Through training, workers improve their ability to identify dangerous and harmful factors in the working process. From there, proactively prevent accidents and respond when incidents occur.
This activity also contributes to enhancing the responsibility of businesses and workers in implementing regulations on OSH. Thereby, gradually forming a safe working style, proactively preventing labor accidents and occupational diseases.
Through specific activities, the model aims to build a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment, contributing to protecting the health and lives of workers.
